These filters are necessary to keep your larger filter lasting longer. WalMart has the best price on these filters!
I bought this filter to replace the one in our Honeywell Permanent True HEPA Round Air Purifier (#50100-N). What you receive, which is unclear from the description/dimensions is a big piece of charcoal filter, which you must then cut down to fit your air purifier. It's not a big deal but it is MESSY - if you have a garage or outdoor space with a table I would recommend you cut it out there, not in the house. You get a paper "guide" which is really not useful, so hang on to your old filter to use as a guide. You receive the big filter plus a couple of replacement velcro holders. All in all a good value as we can probably get 4-6 filters out of the one piece.
Product is too thin and uneven in density.
Delivered/Received in a plastic bag--Doesn`t come in box as pictured--Very misleading and will not order from them again
Based on picture and description this appeared to be a genuine Honeywell filter.....it is not, came from some other company, and doesn't even come in a box. If I wanted a knockoff, I would have found one for cheaper. I wanted a genuine honeywell product and was mislead.
